First Aid Kit List

Every parent should have a first aid kit ready. I keep this at home in the same spot so everyone knows where it is but also bring it on all trips with us.

Here is a kit already made and cheaper then all my items, but I like specific ones, so I make my own kit.

Benedryl Cream

Benedryl Spray

Neosporin

Hydrocortisone

Nexcare Water Proof Band aids

Band Aid Large Water Proof Pad ( great to cover the whole knee)

Rolled Gauze

Cloth Tape

First Aid Scissors

Clean wound

Medical Gloves

Empty Bag to store it all in

I also keep a small bottle of water with it to help wash the wound.
