Bathrooms: Yes there is a house on top of the first parking lot on the right.
Water Fountain: Yes at the bathrooms
Pet Friendly: Yes. Please keep them on a leash. There are trash cans and dog bags near the beginning.
Parking: About 20 spots on the right, the left has many 40 and then if you leave and drive out on right is another lot a little way back. There was a place to donate $1 but I was not sure if that was for the parking or the bike trail as it had a sing on it about the bike trail.
Trail: There are a few to choose from, they also have bike trails
Weather: Most seems shady
Interesting things here: It does have a caution sign for wildlife. They have a place you can borrow a life jacket.

My brother told us about Olde Rope Mill in Woodstock. It is located across from the Outlets of Atlanta. So this would be a great spot to drop off dad and the kids while mom shops!
When you turn on Old Rope Mill Park go till it dead ends at the park. On the right is a small lot with a house and bathroom in it with water fountains. On left the left is a lot about double the size. If there are no spots drive like you are leaving and on the right up a hill is another lot.
There are nice wooden swings here, a nice deck to look at the river, tons of picnic tables, and a few trails to walk. There was a paved trail and unpaved trails.
We saw tons of bikers and there is a bike path too!
It is very peaceful here!
PS there is a McDonalds, Chick Fil-a and Apple Bees across the street at teh outlet mall if you need to get a meal.
