You must reserve a spot online at least 10 hours ahead of time and complete a waiver before your trip.
Gloves are required for this. You can bring your own garden gloves, or purchase them there for $3.
They no longer have lockers, so leave person itmes in the car or make sure you have a pocket with a zipper on it.
Ages 12 and older are weighed, confidentially and there is a 250lb weight limit.
If you have children age 4-6 you need a ground supevisor to follow them. My friend brought a babysitter with her so she could do it with the older kids.
There are different courses for different ages.
Level 1 reaches up to 15 feet while level 4 reaches 60 feet. Each course takes about 30 minutes to complete.
Wear tennis shoes.
They ask you arrive 20 mins before your time so you can be ready to begin on time.
This is self guided but there are staff around on the ground.
